The new boxing club at upper east side NYC

Good news everyone! The old abandoned building which has been haunting the upper east side area of NYC for the past 10 years has finally been purchased. Furthermore, it won’t just regain its former glory for once more, it will also become a new Boxing gym that can be a perfect addition to that area. According to Samy Mahfar in his tweet, he states that he has purchased this building back in September 2016. This building is planned to be renovated by Samy, and the Rumble Fitness is currently falling in love with it, and they’re also planning to make this building to become a boxing center in 2017.

This former mirrors & antiques building has been bought by Samy from a company called Cavallo Mirrors & Antiques. After it’s fallen into disrepair for the past 10 years, it has disturbed the atmosphere and the business spirit in the area. For a full decade, it has become an eyesore for everyone who sees it. Fortunately, instead of seeing it as a creepy abandoned building, Samy’s eyes can see the future business possibility that has been hidden by that building for many years.

This building which has been bought by Samy in 2016 attracts so many investor’s attention. At the first glance, you may not be able to see any opportunity in this building. It looks like it has been destined to sit there forever and get consumed by time. On the other hand, Samy is viewing this building with a lot different perspective. He is not only judging this building by its look, but he is also observing that the area around it is blooming with the health and beauty centers. Thus, making it a great addition to the area if it’s being restored as another fitness center with the slightly more unique concept. That’s why the Rumble Fitness is attracted to buy this building, and they’re planning to turn this abandoned structure to become a boxing heaven.
